SUSAN MANNO JOINS CASESIGHT, INC. AS NEW DIRECTOR OF TRIAL SERVICES
CaseSight, Inc. is pleased to announce that Susan Manno has joined the firm as Director of Trial Services. Working closely with CaseSight’s leading presentation consulting team, Ms. Manno will ensure seamless integration of the Company’s unique end-to-end case presentation offering, focusing on expert trial-site delivery of CaseSight’s winning case presentations.
Ms. Manno brings over 28 years of deep, broad litigation, technology, government, and corporate experience to the CaseSight management team. She has served as an expert consultant on some of the highest profile criminal cases in recent US legal history, as well as on high stakes patent cases concerning top tier Fortune 500 corporations. She also recently served the US Federal Bureau of Investigation and the US Attorney General’s office in extremely sensitive national legal considerations in 2005.Ms. Manno brings deep corporate consulting experience to CaseSight, as well, having helped several large corporations strengthen internal business units to bring successful new offerings to market. In addition, she was appointed to the Federal District of Manhattan and the Supreme Court of New York to assist in the development of the computer-integrated courtroom.

ANDY FULHAM JOINS CASESIGHT, INC AS NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Andy Fulham has joined CaseSight, Inc. as the Company’s new Business Development Manager for its Chicago-Midwest team. In this role, Fulham will lead CaseSight’s effort to aggressively grow its business in the expanding Midwest litigation consulting market.
Mr. Fulham brings to CaseSight over 13 years’ experience as an accomplished litigation sales leader, with expertise in all critical phases of litigation business development, management, and operations. A litigation technology expert, he served 4 years at AMLAW 100 firms creating sales data and operations databases that significantly improved sales efficiencies. With annual sales regularly exceeding $2 Million, and a record of crushing sales benchmarks, he has earned The President’s Club award year after year since 2003, and received the coveted Rainmaker Award at the ACC Conference in Seattle in 2008.

Ryan Dodd has joined CaseSight, Inc., as Presentation Consultant. With his extensive litigation and consulting experience, Mr. Dodd will help CaseSight’s Chicago Midwest team deliver expert, effective case presentations to its high value corporate clients.

KIM MEYER JOINS CASESIGHT, INC. AS NEW DIRECTOR OF CONSULTING
CaseSight, Inc. a leading national provider of case presentation strategy and design for complex and high stakes litigation, announced that Kim Meyer has joined the firm as Director of Consulting. In this role, Meyer will be responsible for leading CaseSights national Presentation Consulting Practice, facilitating the delivery of best in class presentation consulting strategy.
Meyer has 20 years of experience in litigation consulting services, delivering strategic, operations and technology services to Fortune 500 legal departments and Am Law 100 law firms. She is a pioneer of trial consulting and has provided support for over 150 trials in federal and state courts nationwide. Her experience includes jury trials, bench trials, mediations, arbitrations, and pre-trial hearings. Meyer has served as lead consultant in numerous high profile cases that returned multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts for her clients.

CaseSight Wins New Business From Top DC Law Firm
CaseSight recently supported Washington, DC, San Francisco, Palo Alto and Los Angeles, CA attorneys for a leading Washington, DCbased firm on a major International Trade Commission (ITC) matter involving Digital Television technologies dispute. Presentation assets developed and designed by CaseSights Presentation Consultants and designers included case presentation strategy, demonstrative design, and trial site management. The matter concluded August 22, 2008.
As a result of CaseSights exceptional work on the matter, CaseSight was retained by the leading Washington, DC-based firm to provide case presentation consulting and design services for two additional ITC matters that will be heard later this year. CaseSight will be supporting attorneys from Washington, DC and Northern Virginia in the matter. -

Joe Abely Named CEO
Joseph Abely has been named Chief Executive Officer of Animation Technologies, Inc. Mr. Abely was formerly Chairman & CEO of LoJack Corporation.
In his tenure as head of LoJack, Mr. Abely helped grow the organization from an entity with operations in one state, 30 employees, $1,000,000 in revenues, and significant operating losses, into a well capitalized NASDAQ:NMS-listed, growth-oriented company with over $200 million in revenues that today leads the global stolen vehicle recovery market.
Mr. Abely began his career at Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche), where he was a partner and served as the national director of the firms media practice. He received his BA from Boston College and an MBA from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
